  • Processing your order and intake information
  • Allocating resources to your song generation
  • Initiating the AI-powered lyrics and audio creation process
  • Preparing your personalised song page and delivery system

Because we begin work on your order immediately upon payment, we cannot offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, incorrect information provided, dissatisfaction with the final product, or technical issues.

2. Why No Refunds?

Our personalised songs are custom-created works that require immediate processing:

  • Each song is uniquely generated based on the information you provide
  • We use AI services that incur costs immediately upon generation
  • The creative process begins as soon as your order is confirmed
  • Resources are allocated specifically to your order and cannot be recovered

Please ensure you are certain about your purchase before completing payment. We recommend:

  • Reviewing our sample songs and product descriptions carefully
  • Double-checking all recipient information before submission
  • Ensuring you have provided accurate and complete details in the intake form
  • Understanding that this is a custom, non-returnable digital product

While we cannot offer refunds, we are committed to delivering high-quality personalised songs. If you experience technical issues with your song delivery or access, please contact our support team. We will work to resolve any technical problems and ensure you receive your completed song.

If you encounter technical problems with:

  • Downloading your MP3 file (for Memorable products)
  • Receiving email notifications
  • Any other technical difficulties
